Bill Goodwill
heads the team of talented people who make the
trains run on time, ensuring they get where they are supposed to go. Prior to starting his own firm, Bill
spent 15 years working in various advertising and public relations positions, including
serving as Deputy Director of the "Friends Don't Let Friends Drive Drunk Campaign"
for the U.S. Department of Transportation. He also managed the national recruiting advertising program for the U.S. Coast Guard.
A "hands on" manager, he is personally involved in every client project, and designed the first PSA evaluation software
back in 1981. He later developed the Public Service Advertising Research Center and wrote many of the articles on the site.
His firm pioneered the use of the "shared reel" or "compilation reel" method of PSA distribution, now used by most PSA
distributors. See More |

If it has anything to do with the
Internet - and nearly everything does these days - we turn to Ken Fischer, who
handles a variety of projects for our clients.
While Ken’s day job is CIO of ClickForHelp.com,
he is in reality an extension of our staff, because
the work he does is invaluable to our clients. His talented staff re-wrote our evaluation software
making it much more robust, interactive and user
friendly. They have completed custom client projects such
as designing Websites for the Environmental Defense
Fund and the March of Dimes. They also developed a custom
Facebook application for the Academy of Orthopaedic
Surgeons.
Ken also collaborates with our senior staff on
ways to help our clients understand new media. He
and Bill Goodwill co-wrote a chapter titled: New
Media – New Audiences, New Technologies- How
Social Media is Changing the PSA Landscape
in the only book ever published on public service
advertising.
