To reduce the cost of getting your PSA out to all the stations
that regularly use PSAs Goodwill Communications has introduced a
new "shared-disk" distribution concept called Radio DiskPak. This
service can cut the distribution, packaging and evaluation costs
for a radio PSA by 75 percent.
Borrowing from the successful CableEPAK shared reel distribution
concept that we pioneered twelve years ago, the radio DiskPak includes
a variety of different organization's public service announcements
on a single CD. The CD is sent to stations with a script booklet
containing live announcer copy for each client's PSA and an evaluation
response card. As shown here, the PSAs are distributed to stations
in a high-quality, durable, lightweight four-color package.
To
help each client maintain their individual identity throughout the
package, each participant is listed several times, on the CD face
label, on the cover of the package itself, on the cover of the booklet
that accompanies the package and inside the booklet. On the inside
of the booklet there is a synopsis of each client's campaign or
issue along with a client contact, phone number, e-mail address
and a link to the client's website.
