Developing
the PSA Budget |

| There are two ways to develop a PSA distribution
budget. You can provide a budget ceiling to your distributor and
ask them to work within it. Or, you can ask your distributor to
provide a recommendation based on the knowledge and expertise they
bring to the task. Here are some of the line items that are typically
included in the PSA distribution budget: |

- Developing the media plan
- Campaign coordination
