| This is the most complex stage of PSA
distribution because of the many different tape formats stations require,
especially as we transition into High Definition. To ensure that client
campaigns are packaged properly we prepare a very detailed dub order form
which spells out all the different steps that are required to reproduce,
package and mail PSAs. Our replication facility also assigns a management
supervisor to randomly inspect packages and perform a quality control check
before the job is mailed. For radio, print and out door projects the steps are
different, but the process we use to manage replication is the same. For most
projects, these include:

- Preparing artwork and printing packaging collateral items
- Close captioning and SIGMA encoding master
- Replication of tapes in various formats
- Packaging – application of labels to boxes, collating inserting collateral
- Applying postage and delivery to post office
